What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care, or DPC, is a membership-based approach to primary care that centers an ongoing relationship with the practice. Cleveland PrimeCare can explain its current care model and whether it may fit your needs.
Does DPC replace health insurance?
No. A DPC membership is not health insurance or a substitute for coverage. Insurance or other coverage may still be used for services outside the membership, such as specialist, hospital, emergency, laboratory, imaging, and prescription services, subject to your plan.
What is included in a membership?
Membership details can vary. Contact Cleveland PrimeCare to discuss current options, what is included, and which services may involve separate arrangements or costs.
How do appointments and communication work?
The practice can review current appointment and communication options with you before you begin care. Please do not use website forms, email, voicemail, text, or a patient portal for urgent or emergency concerns.
Is Functional & Integrative Medicine offered?
